This week I would love to recommend two podcasts which I recently was recommended and both of them have a similar aim to my blog to talk about the different aspects of creative entrepreneurship and how you can be your best creative-self.
I love to listen to podcast when I do some of my creative work (knitting and drawing), and learning how to be a better creative is a bonus of course. Not only for me – but for you my dear readers too.
This podcast is hosted by Tiffany Han, who every week invites a new creative guest to discuss a certain topic that could range from doing the work, creative communities to changing your dreams etc.
I have not yet listened to all, so far 21 episodes, but my favourite has been the one with Tara Mohr about playing big. Maybe a very subjective and personal choice as I had been thinking about how to deal with my need for praise recently (a need that from nowhere started to increase!), and I had no idea what to do about it. If you listen to episode 5 you will find out what to do that really helped me, and a lot of other gems!
Maybe the reason I really loved it so much was that I had enough of playing small – did I say I will play big this year? Oh yeah. I will. Watch this space 😉
This podcast is hosted by Kathleen (from Braid Creative) and Emily (from Indie Shopgraphy) and is a relatively new one with only 3 episodes so far. But I am sure it will be a hit because the quality so far is great – especially loved the episode about doing the work.
The second episode What to do When You are Freaking Out About Money came out when I needed the most. Isn’t it funny how you do come across things like this when you actually need to hear it?
Ok, I said I would share two podcast but I will actually share three. But the reason is that only if you are a Swedish speaker, or if you understand Swedish at least, then I have a bonus suggestion for you…
Sandra Lundin is the girl behind the podcast, and she blogs at atilio.blogg.se (you can check it out even if you are not Swedish as she has a lot of beautiful photos on the blog). She interviews a lot of Creative Swedish bloggers, and the podcast has a big focus on the creative process and how to get out there using your blog.
Now I would love to hear from you, which one is your favourite podcast (or blog) about creativity? Leave a comment below and let me know!
